ADDITION / ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD WITHIN ALKAPURI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX (316 SQM BESIDE BLOCK P-324, P-326 AND P-327, 504 SQM BESIDE BLOCKS P-364, P-362, P-359 AND P-356 AND 60 SQM OF ROAD NEAR P-303 OF CQA (SV) , DEHU ROAD

Excavation over areas n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exc. 8 tonne but n. exc. 12 tonne including watering, consolidating to the required level, gradient, camber etc. in cutting, filling in hollows and depressions in the process complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floor pavings, in road side berms laid in layers not exc 15 cm (150mm) thick, spred, levelled and rammed including rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber incl watering with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with nature sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013c complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparing WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc by cleaning the WBM/WMM surface with power compressor and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.5 kg/X Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparing ;unsurfaced Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-30 grade bitumen bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix, spread rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber for up to 75mm consolidated thickness all as specified and directed.
