REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO BLDG PERIMETER WALL, ANGLE IRON FENCING AND CONNECTED REPAIR WORK AT TECHNICAL AREA AT CVRDE AVADI

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meter leads as per direction of Engr -in- Charge

Material & Labour for brickwork with non-modular fly ash bricks confirming to IS: 12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Coarse Sand) all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Labour only for brickwork with serviceable bricks obtained from srl Item No.1, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse Sand) all as specified and directed but except bricks as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster Sqm including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse Sand) finished even and smooth upto 10m height above ground level in fine sand including all arrangements of scaff-folding complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of New work (Two coats of applied @3.84 kg/10 Sqm) over a coat of water thinnable cement primer complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of surface and two coats of wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & labour for finishing wall New work (Two coats applied @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre / 10Sqm) with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 5 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Painting on New steel surface (Two coats) including a coat of approved steel primer (red Oxide Primer) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying two coats incl preparation of old surface (Steel/Wooden) and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.
