Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables, poles etc. not exceeding 10 sq. metre on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide, exceeding 1.5 metre and not exeeding 3.0 metre in depth, for erection of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type-1, flat, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type-1 flat, of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables as specified in SSR Part-I in trenches/ ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), XLPE insulated, electric power cables (heavy duty), aluminium conductor, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe and PCC cable protection cover shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F route indicator for HT cable, disc type, of size 150 mm dia made out of Cast Iron, of 8 mm thickness embossed with "MES HT CABLE" and fixed on angle iron 35 x 35 x 5 mm, 600 mm long and painted in anti corrosive brown color paint including embedding in PCC foundation block 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm, duly fixed in ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in trenches, ducts or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts having cross sectional area 400 sq. mm 3.5 core, including connecting and testing with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100 Volts grade of size 2.50 Sqmm, 3.00 Core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connection including connecting with suitable size of lugs and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of high power energy saving LED street light fittings with lens, of capacity 120 watt with inverter system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt, total system lumen not less than 12000 lumens, PF not less than 0.95, CRI not less than 70, colour temp. 5700K + 300K, surge protection not less than 5 KV, high pressure die cast aluminium alloy LM6 housing IP 65/ 66 class 1 protection, toughened glass cover, driver efficiency > 85% with constant output of current and voltage against input voltage variation 120 to 270 volt at 50 Hz (+ 5%), THD< 10%. The driver should be fittedwith electrolytic capacitor of minimum 105 degrees rating and must be with phase to phase protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting, 36 Watt, including galvanized steel pole, mono crystalline SPV panel, in built lithium Ferro phosphate (LiFEPO4) battery, solar panel, MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor with colour temprature 6000-650 K complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured for separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for security light mounting bracket made out of 50 mm bore GI ' Light grade' pipe 1.50 Metre long bent to required shape as in bracket for steet light fittings fixed with two pair of MS flat iron clamp of size 50 mm X 6 mm thickness of required shape with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed to steel tubular pole including painting of braket surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Non metallic junction box made out of PVC sheet of size not less than 240 mm x 130 mm x 110 mm, hinged with lockable arrangement with and including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amps with one MCB 6 Amp, SP, 10 KA, ‘C’ curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole or grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning out door type Street Light Panel for suitable load, factory made CPRI approved openable from front & rear double door type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with 4 Nos heat shrink insulated bus bar of rating 1.5 of incoming MCCB including all connection with aluminium strip pillar board shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull and bone sign, making all electrical incoming and out going electrical cable connection with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including MS channel frame of ISMC 75 at base of panel only and 04 Nos legs of not less than 600 mm long each below the base of panel made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm for grouting purpose in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed and comprising of following accessories :-

Note:- Earthwork, PCC work in foundation & coping of pole, Cross arms and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole Type 410, SP–31, 9 metre long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/ finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal welded throughout entire length of pole with and including painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and internally throughout and remaining exterior portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer an providing reflective strips of 10 cm width upto a height of 1.2 meter from ground level in aternate yellow and black colour around the pole and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved byEngineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pole foundations etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/ struts etc including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pole/ strut coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C-1, CI pit cover and frame, charcoal, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia 'light grade' GI pipe and 20 mm dia 'medium grade' GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Earth lead wire 4.00 mm and GI 40 mm dia protecion pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for shifting of transformers of any capacity upto 400 kVA with the help of hydra/ crane including disconnecting the power cables from both HT and LT sides by availing proper shutdown from relevant authority, shifting the transformer on another location (distance not exceeding 50 metres) on 4 pole structure/ plinth/ platform including making necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
