(01) Bheemana to Upperla Bheemana 0/0 to 0/500 Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 :For grading-III with CBR value not less than 20.to attain 100% proctor density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specfic as per table 400-6 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing roll-ing with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specfication : Clause 404] ( By manual means). Grading III, 53 mm to 11.2 mm, @ 0.91 cum per 10 Sqm for compacted thickness of 75 mm. (Crusher broken) Stone screening type 'B'

Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wide & 75 to 100 mm deep using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealing compound in groove including cost of sealing compound.

Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 300 mm dia, across the road (New construction) , extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a miniumum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98-1997 , bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe atleast half dia of pipe subject to minimum 450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98- 1997 and approved drawings.Single row for one utility service

Providing & erecting typical Cititzens infromation Board as per approved drawing & specification made of two MS Sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of xize 900mm x 750mm stiffended by angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 3mm all around the plate and plates fixed on frame of 75mm dia pipe of 12 swg sheet ( vertical post 3050mm with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900mm) to be joined by 5mm thick MS plate at 12 places ( 65mm x 50 mm) duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600mm x 600mm x 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by engineer-in charge. All MS will by stove enameled on both side lettering figuring and border will be with ready mixed symtheic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect. all sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and and technical specifications.

Supply & fixing of precast reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC: 8-1980, fixing in position in cement concrete 1:4:8 including painting and printing etc. (a) Ordinary kilometer stone ( precast)

(b) 200 m stone ( precast )

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised inclusive cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting lettering, border & signs fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick, fixed on mild steel angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm upto the top of sign board, length of post from bottom of sign board is 2.85m. upto foundation level post duly painted in black & white synthetic enamel. fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 Cm x 45 Cm x 60Cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing & as per MORTH specification Cl. 801. 90 Cm equilateral triangle

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro - reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting exclusive of lettering, border & signs fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on a mild steel angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm supported on mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm upto the top of sign board, length of post from bottom of sign board is 2.85 m. upto foundation level post duly painted in black and white synthetic enamel alternate ship 30cm. wide fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60 Cm , 60 Cm below ground level as per approved drawing & as per MORTH specifications clause 801. 90 cm. X 75 cm.

(02) Bera to Mori km0/0 to 2/500 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MORTH specification clause 201By mechanical Means .
