Withdrawing the existing damaged 260 KW Motor (Sl No-NADZD 201058) from its Base Plate coupled with Mather & Platt Pamp by decoupling the mator from the existing pump indiection of all power lines for necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC

Carrying of the above Motor from the site to work shop at Kolkata by hired vehicles complete with loading and unloading at both ends.

Dismentling the above motor part by part and taken out the rotor with the help of lifting arrangement at workshop.

Supply, delivery and storage of following materials:

Ball Bearing no. 6322 C3 [SKF make) for driving end.

Roller Bearing no. NU322 EM/C3 (SKF make) for non driving.

Making necessary striping and cleaning of the motor winding for varnishing of the same as per direction of EIC

Carrying out ring loop flux test and restaggering of stator core of the damaged motor to eliminate hot spot as per direction of EIC

Supply & Delivery of Cu wire for rewinding of the stator of the said CG make motor with new dual coated super enamel copper conductor with class "F" insulation.[The Rate has been derived after deduction the Scrap Copper for Motor Stator of the said motor.]

Carrying out Different types of Testing of Stator Winding including IR Crack Test,Resistance Crack Test,Surge Test,Stator HV Test,Stator Polarity Test etc.

Charges for complete rewinding of the stator of the said CG make motor with new dual coated super enamel copper conductor with class "F" insulation and by other required materials as per direction of EIC.

Charges for machining of bracket for both side bearing housing

Charges for replacement of space heater.

Charges for replacement of RTD Sensor.

De moisturing, backing and Heat Varnishing the existing Motor stator coils by supplying Dr. Beck F-50 Varnish, Red Becktol and mishing woth JELCOAT Varnish on the overhang in controlled temperature at heat chamber.

Charges for making dynamic balancing of the repaired rotor with trueness checking of the shaft.

Reassembling of the motor part by part with newly supplied ball bearing and old serviceable spares of the motor complete and Garring out no load test at workshop.

Painting the newly repaired motor with two coats of synthetic paint after scrapping and cleaning the motor cover.

Carrying back repaired Motor from Kolkata work shop to the work site by hired vehicles complete with loading and unloading at both the ends.

installation of the repaired motor on its existing base plate after coupling the same with the existing pump with proper alignment complete with termination of electro-mechanical connections with help of existing lifting arrangement and also by hiring tool & tackles as per direction of EIC & trial run of continious 72 hrs running and warrenty for one year from the date of installation.
