Note : The location for execution of work will be Escon Nodes at Gemnewala, Sanu, Danwar, Sangarh, Rannautar, Mohangarh and Dabla area, Rates to be quotated by the contractor considering the distance locations. Please note that nothing extra shall be paid on account of this.

Taking down and dismounting defective transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 25 KVA to 63 KVA from foundation/ pole by using crane and transporting to workshop or factory at Jodhpur fo repair after disconnecting HV side HT cable or HT aluminium conductor and LV side LT cable , dismantling the same for repair & renewal of unserviceable parts and reassembling complete ,spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint after preparation of old surface writing MES No with white paint of suitable size letter and transporting back from workshop Jodhpur to site, installation on plate form/pole, testing & commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO.2 TO 4 :- Spare parts ie, transformer oil, copper winding wire for rewinding will be measured and paid separately under supply only.

M&L for taking out unserviceable core and limb and HT/LV winding of transformer and taking out burnt copper winding wire cleaning carefully an rewinding the same with new superior quality 99.99% pure copper enamelled wire as per existing gauge including insulating material for transformer 25 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair of transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for voltage stablizer, transformer, CTs 33 KV and PTs 33 KV outdoor type factory sealed with test certificate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.Make: Savita, Servo, Power Oil.

Dehydration of transformer oil (mounted on poles/platform etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achieve dielectric strength of 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : For any capacity of Transformer)

S&F in repair, pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for 33000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated Soft/Disintegrated rock in layers all as specified & directed at site.

Removing excavated Soft/Disintegrated rock to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel but hines in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc.

NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed.

(ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board.

(iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

(iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shifting of transformer of any capacity from Jaisalmer to new locations (Ascon Nodes & Dabla) and back to Jaisalmer with all required T&P/Hydera including connections, testing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
