Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any make/type/size/sweep, at site from any height of the building for any defect, servicing complete, repairs / overhauling including replacement of worn out parts / rewinding as required, spare parts & re-fixing in same position including successful testing on full load with blade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Capacitor, ball bearing, condenser, bushes, split pin, 'U' clamp with rubber reel, shaft and PVC canopy will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (ii) Serviceable spares shall be reused. (iii) Rewinding will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rewinding of burnt ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts, AC, (after opening and taking out burnt winding) with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding wire so as to meet original specification of fan including insulation material/varnishing etc.,and reassembling the same after testing on full load with blade complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for geyser inner tank bracing and arresting leakage of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
