Maintenance and Operation of Pump sets with DG sets including bore well of following capacity at pump house No.2 south camp in three Shifts of eight hours on all days including Sundays and Holidays including maintaining and cleaning the surroundings, operate and monitor the automation of Pump House No. 2, pump house 3 and Mutga pump house from pump house No.2, Master panel and SCADA system by engaging one qualified FGM (Pump cum DG operator semi Skilled) per shift all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: (A) Details of Installation at pump House No. 2 are as under:- (a) Diesel Generating set 125 KVA : 01 No (b) Centrifugal pump set 10 HP : 03 Nos (c) Centrifugal pump set 15 HP : 04 Nos (d) Centrifugal pump set 30 HP: 01 No. (e) Submersible pump set 7.5 HP : 01 No (f) Chloronome plant non Gaseous type : 01 No (g) Submersible Monoblock pump set 15 HP:1 No (h) Bleaching powder dozer : 01 No

Notes: - (1) Work to be carried out in 03 (three) shifts 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs, 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs (2) The pump House and surrounding area shall be cleaned every day and always maintained well. (3) The operators employed shall be capable to operate and monitor the automation of the Pump House No. 2, pump house No 3 and Mutaga pump house from the pump house 2 Master panel and SCADA system.

Maintenance and Operation of Pump sets with DG sets of following capacity at Pump House No 03 North Camp in Three Shift of eight hours each on all days including Sundays and Holidays including maintaining and cleaning the surroundings by engaging one qualified FGM (Pump Cum DG operator, Semi Skilled) per shift all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Note:- Work to be carried out in 03 (three) shifts 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs, 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs & 22.00hrs to 0600hrs

(A) PUMP HOUSE NO: 03:- (a) Diesel Generating set 35 KVA : 01 No (b) Centrifugal pump set 10 HP : 02 Nos (c) Centrifugal pump set 15 HP : 01 Nos (d) Chloronome plant non Gaseous type : 01 No (e) Bleaching powder dozer : 01 No Note:- Quoted Rate is deemed to be included the followings :- (i) The pump House area shall be cleaned every day and always maintained well clean. (ii) The weeds and grass in the pump House compound area shall be removed periodically and keep clean.

(A) Details of installations open well Mutga are as under:- (a) Monoblock pumpset 5 HP capacity: 1No (b) Diesel Engine Generating set 7.5 KVA capacity: 1No Note:- (i) Work to be carried out in 02 (two) shifts 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs & 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs (iI) The pump House area, open well top cover, inside the well, top and side shall be cleaned every day and always maintained well. (iiI) The weeds and grass in the pump House compound area shall be removed periodically.

General Notes for Item 1.0 to item 3.0 :- 1. Rates quoted against respective items of sch 'A' deem to be inclusive of the expenditure for following :- (a) Area cleaning etc up to 5 Mtr from the plinth protection all around the pump house and cleaning of all types of valves (butterfly valves, fire hydrant valve, water monitoring valve and sluice valve) etc. (b) Cleaning of all equipments electrical and mechanical inside the pump house including cleaning of inside walls and roofs. (c) Daily check of plant as per manufactures manual before starting the machine and ensure routine maintenance as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Minimum required tools are to be available with the operator. (e) Log sheet to be maintained regularly, in bound book from month wise as per the Performa approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) First Aid box including medicines shall be kept in the installations. (g) Preparation of the display charts & posters as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (CONTD...)

(h) Any abnormality observed shall be immediately intimated to the complaint cell of MES & Engineer-in-Charge. (J) The contractor shall keep sufficient stock of following spares/stores required for the first line maintenance of installations so that the same may be available without any loss of time. The cost of stores consumed in the work is included in unit rate against respective items in Sch 'A'. (i) All types of bolts, nuts, washers, screw and other fasteners. (ii) All types of gland packing, gaskets etc. (iii) Lubricating materials, cotton waste, soap, torch cell etc. (iv) Indicating lamps, thimbles, cables sockets, cable lugs etc. (v) All kinds of working cable, fuse wire for connection of LT panel, insulation tape. (vi) Two sets of dress per operator as approved by Department. (vii) One set of safety shoe per operator. (viii) One set of hand gloves. (ix) Nominal hand tools required for carrying out manning and operations.

2. The deploying of operators against various installation shall be as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. Employment of each operator in every shift shall be measured and paid. 3. In case of exigency, the Engineer-in-Charge may ask the contractor to detail operators, on other installations as required. The contractor should not have any objection in ordering, as above. 4. In case of working on all the days of week, contractor shall provide reliever, as required under labour laws. 5. The contractor is advised to insure the labour employed in the installations, from any eventualities while operating the installations.
