Dismantling the existing Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Flooring tiles / glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying of 60mm thick Interlocking Paver Block (TAMIN) in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bond pattern with 150mm thick quarry rubbish cushion below the uniform shape of approved non-skitting surface in the top and the rates including levelling the base, preparation of pavers as sub base, quarry rubbish cushion 150mm thick, laying out of pavement, cut the pieces to fix the edge, vibring the pavers, sweeping, transporting, loading and unloading etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing of PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 110mm dia 4kg/sq.cm with necessary teak wood clamps etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for old iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Rain Water Gutter Pipe with GI Sheet including material and labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp

Supply and fixing of 4' 18W Crystal Glass LED Tube Light Fitting complete with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Provision of Smart Board Green Coloured

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish Single leaf door (with frame) half glazed and half PLB board using extruded aluminium section for frame and shutter with necessary accessories such as PLB 12mm thick, 5.50mm thick plain sheet glass, Alu. 'L' angles, Rubber beading, aluminium clips, best double action floor springs / door closer, handles, tower bolt, hinges, pivot and locks including labour and power consumption charges required for fabrication, if necessary chipping, dismantling, making necessary holes in RCC columns, beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing etc., complete. The aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868 / 1962 of anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns for all sections.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank 2000 Lit as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supply and delivery of size 32mm Dia PVC Pipes with IS specification etc., complete.

Flooring with 38 / 40mm thick Cuddapah Slab over a base of CM 1:3 (one cement three M-sand), 20mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 using black oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification.
