M&L for painting on steel tubular pole of any Type any height( single swan neck/Straight pole) for street light fittings including GI pipe/brakets fixed on poles, by applying aluminium two coats of synthetic enamel paint aluminium colour, after cleaning the surface properly with sand paper, making strip with sythetic enamel paint with yellow/black/ white colour (road signal paint of the required breadth as directed at site up to 1.5 mtr height from ground level, writing numbers and letters of requred size as directed at site above 1.5 mtr height from ground level all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement ,PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable 2.5 Sqmm size from KIOSK BOX to street light fittings. Note:- Two run of cable will be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fixing KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC make : Sintax or equivalent in universal made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door, pole mounted hinged door size 333 mm x 23mmx120 mm outside and 300 mm x 200mmx105 mm inside dimensions with top hung shutter comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and one 6 Amps MCB SP for control the light fitting including two numbers F1 clamps 30x4 mm with necessary MS nut,bolt and washer including embossing/painting convention skull and bones in red signal colour on front face of KISOK box.

Dismantling the existing corroded/damaged LT pannel/feeder pillar boxes of any size by disconnecting all the incoming / out going cables, sealing the cable ends, disconnecting incoming / out going MCCB's from bus bar chamber and removing all the items

Labour and T&P only for Taking out LT cable loop of any size by execavation and taking out all material as required for connecting of cable to new LT panel including relaying the remain cables in same trench after making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 Hz, factory made outdoor type, made up of 3.15mm and cubical component 1.6 mm CRCA sheet, MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm base, cable entry from bottom conforming to degree of protection IP-65 . Gasketing ensuring IP protection, with powder coating and locking arrangements, LT panel mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to cover the entire area of panel board, 15 cm deep in ground and 5 cm above ground minimum, with cable alloys. The LT panel shall be seprate chamber for bus bar, switch gear and cable entry/end connectio duly prewired with proper spacing to accommodate to all accessories, cable connection with suitable size of lugs/thimbles comprising of the followings :- (a) Aluminium bus bar 3 phase and neutral 600 Amps ,415 volts, fixed horizontally, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 01 Set. Disconnecting the existing unserveceable/burntACB/ MCCB from the cable taking out from panel board & supply & fix new Air circuit breaker 4pole 415 volt manual draout type with microprocessor release , overload protection microprocesser release of capacity 800 Amp 50 KA breaking capacity Adjustable type suitable for 415 volts,50HZ 3 Phase supply fixed in existing panel including modification of existing frame and panel board door for proper installation of ACB andconnecting with existing cable including thimble,nut bolt and washers etc complete.

Disconnecting the existing unserveceable/burnt MCCB from the cable taking out from panel board & supply & fix new MCCB,3pole 400 Amp 35 KA breaking capacity Adjustable type suitable for 415 volts,50HZ 3 Phase supply thermal magnetic release, fixed in existing panel including modification of existing frame and panel board door for proper installation of MCCB andconnecting with existing cable including thimble,nut bolt and washers etc complete.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
