Floor mounting type air/ oil cooled Auto Transformer Starter with tapings at 50%, 65%, 80%, housed in robust steel chamber with arc and main contacts confirming to IS 8544 Part IV and as amended therafter for operation in AC three Phase 50 Hz (+/- 5%), 415V (+/- 10%) with the following components, under voltage release with no volt coil, over load relay with dash pot arrangements, single phasing preventor, LED ON/ OFF switches, Mounted Ammeter, Earth leakage relay, contactor assembly suitable for next standard KW rating, in coming and out going cable entry provisions etc. as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supply and delivery of DI D / F (Soft Seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves / Scour Valves) as per following sizes with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined with EDPM, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and with replaceable stem nut and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100 % leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163 - 89 / IS 14846 - 2000 / DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with Electrostatice powder coating both inside and outside pocket less less straight thro body passage. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270.
