9.33 SHEET ROOFING Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm ( plus 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should haveprotective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

11.6.1 CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

10.30.1 TILE FLOORING Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 1 Light shade pigment using white cement

10.51 GRANITE FLOORING Providing and fixing granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18 mm thick in skirting /dado, risers of steps, pillars and wall facing, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of Granite including labour for fixing cramps pins and dowels etc.

13.30.2 SIGLE/BUILT-UP STEEL/TUBULAR SECTIONS Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangularhollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 2 Hot finished seamless type tubes.

10.90 OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS USED FOR FLOORING 0 Providing and fixing of gun metal cramps 15 mm x 6mm, 16.5 cm long as per design including cost of mortar.

11.68.3 INTERIOR FINISHING Applying priming coat: 3 With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

10.100.1 OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS USED FOR FLOORING 0 Cement Concrete 1:8:16 Flooring 1 Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with Over burnt (Jhama) Brick Aggregate: 90 mm to 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.

11.78 INTERIOR FINISHING Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

7.21.2 B BRICK WORK Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 10.5 in foundation and plinth in: 2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6.29.3 I CENTRING AND SHUTTERING (FORM WORK) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : 3 Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.
