Providing and fixing Chilled water pipe insulation with 50 mm thick TF quality expanded polystyrine of 20 kg/ m3 density and finaly covered with chiken wire mesh and 10 mm thick sand cement plaster in two layer and two coat of approved brand of painting on the pipes -

Supply, Insatallation, testing and commissioning of Auto Air-purge valve of 25mm dia as complete as required.

Dismantling, cutting, removing of existing GI drain pipe in the in the corridor, including shifting of dismantled pipe to the store area inside new-AC Plant.

Supply, Laying, fixing, testing and commisioning of following thickness 19 mmclosed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class "O" applied by self adhesive i/c Chicken wire mesh, 10 mm thick sand cement plaster in two layer i/c painting complete as required.

Providing and fixing of CAHU/FCU connection with PVC flexible hose pipe, repairing of drain tray complete as required i/c clamping on both sides.

Supply, fabrication and errection of MS support structure suitable for pipe and all necessary accessories like Nuts, Bolts, Support, Anchor fastner, studs, etc.

Painting of chilled water pipeline supports with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
