Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and leads upto 1000 metre: By Mechanical means using hydraulic excavator.

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density: Laying using Grader.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM: Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-I: Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 percent by weigh of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Grading I (37.5 mm nominal size)

Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Surface Dressing: Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder laid on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller. 19 mm nominal chipping size.

Providing and laying seal coat oer prepared surface of road withbitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set sprayingusing 98 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 and blinding surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete. Note: Seal coat items to operated only with the prior approval of chief Engineer concerned.

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc on Roads in two coats on New work: Painting lines, dashes arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control: upto 10 cm in width.

Road markers/ Road stud with lense Reflector: Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS873 part 4:1973

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
