Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. (zero point twentyto zero point therty kilograms) per/ Square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing laying and rolling by mechnical means of open grades premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate @ 0.27 cum (zero decimal twenty seven cubic metres ) mixed with using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (ten) @ 14.60 kg (fourteen point sixty kilogram) per ten square meter of road surface required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including heating binder and aggregate in plant 30/40 ton capacity per hour transporting mixed material with tippers and laying with pavers finisher to the required grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller to required level and grade as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 510 premixed with 6.8 kg ( six point eight) kilogram VG-10 (ten) bitumen 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten capacity) and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.
