M & L for taking down by disconnecting electrically and mechanically Mechanical Laundry plant with its connected items such as (i) Commercial Washing Machine electrically heated loading cap 50-70 Kg-01 No (ii)Hydro Extractor cap 25 Kg-01 No. (iii) Drying Tumbler electrically heated with front loading type 60 kg capacity-01 No (iv) Automatic hand iron cap 18 LBS-04 Nos complete including Water connection,cleaning and preparation of surfaces for installation of New Mechanical laundry plant and depositing of complete old unserviceable laundry plant along with connected items as described above to E/M storeyard as directed by engr- in- charge. Note : The rate for shifting / transportation / handling to E/M store yard etc is deemed to be the included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

M & L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm (below and above ground level ) as directed by engr- in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 60kg low spin , soft mount, front loading washing machine automatic time temperature and level control electric heated with stainless steel cabinet , front inner cylinder loading door outer drum and chemical dispensor all is SS electrically interlocked door hot painted structure frame, electric control panel for automatic of time wash, rinse and low spin extract auto reverse, auto digital temperature control auto 3 water level control solenoid operated water and steam valves, non clog motorised full port motorised drain valve complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make Stefab Model No LME 60 or equivalent model (conforming to above specification) in LG/Fabcare (Make shall be approved by GE).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 60 kg capacity drying tumbler machine with stainless steel cylinder , electric heated reversible computer controlled with microprocesspor control self cleaning lint screen with steam/ thermic fluid radiator complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make : Stefab Model No DRE60 or equivalent model (conforming to above specification) in LG/Fabcare (Make shall be approved by GE).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 kg capacity hydro extractor direct drive self balancing stainless steel body Automatic DC injection brakeless cylinder and outer drum interlock top lid complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make : Stefab Model No HX30 or equivalent model (conforming to above specification) in LG/Fabcare (Make shall be approved by GE).

Note for item No.3,4 & 5 :- i) The Technical specifications and makes including tech data & specification will be submitted by the Contractor for approval prior to purchasing of items. GE shall be the final authority for approval of makes. ii) The foundation work required shall be done for machines as per manufacturers instructions and rate for the same will be inclusive of the same. iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the training to the MH laundry staff by the Company staff for 15 days for its safe and smooth operation iv) The rate for pipe line required for draining of water from washing machine and hydro extractor upto common drain is deemed fit to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for road cutting, including excavation returning filling in, spreading leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boudders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled & compacted for road patch repair work.

Supplying, laying 120 Sqmm 3.5 core LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked of dia 80 mm with sockets suitable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay or fix on wall pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 25mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 25 mm dia , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in excavated material/soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
