Supplying & fixing of LED 240 W LED Floodlight luminaries with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sik in aluminium extrusion and IP66 Protection with high power LEDs as light source similar to Bajaj TURBO flood lights Product Code: 169819, Type: BARFEG 240W LED or its equivalent and mounting the same on 100 mm channel along with adjustable bracket i/c connections etc. as required.

Manufacturing and Erection of Flood light pole made out of 100mm dia 'B' class ISI marked GI pipe 6 meter long with earth stud and necessary GI reducer/coupling fixed with 80 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe 6 Mtr long inserted and welded at a span of 1 mtr in 100 mm dia GI pipe along with 2 nos MS channel 2.0 mtr long fixed with necessary clamping arrangement/ welding on top of 80 mm dia GI pipe for fixing 6 Nos of 240 W flood light in sequence as required to site condition. The bottom of pipe to be welded with 300mm x300mm x 6mm thick MS base plate and foundation to done with cement concrete with painting of one coat of metallic primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (Silver),fixing of SMC box of 200 x 140 x 95mm (inside) the cement concrete to house 4 pole connector & 3Nos 20 amps MCB with clamping arrangement for SMC box etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. a) Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 2 Nos. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated Heavy duty armoured Aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) and IS No. 1554 (Part-I)) 1988 as applicable Make: CCI/Gloster/Havells/Polycab/Finolex. a) 3.5 core X 25 Sqmm

b) 3.5 core X 50 Sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of one number double walled corrugated high density polythlene pipe having corrugated on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall confirming to IS: 14930 part-I & II complete with necessary HDPE fittings for protection of 1.1 KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at depth of 50CM i/c excavation and refilling the trench as required. a) 77mm outer dia 63mm inner dia

b) 50mm outer dia 38mm inner dia

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing Press moulded SMC Meter box of size 700 x 480 x 210 mm similar to Sintex GSMB 7450 or its equivalent.

Supplying , Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type floor mounted cubical panel board non extendable type LT of size 2.00m x 1.5 m x 0.4 m, 3 phase , 440 V, 100 A with both side open i/c front double hang shutter with locking arrangement made with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, MS Angle, MS flat etc in different compartments to accommodate various size of switch gears and accessories as stated under etc Enclosure Protection- IP55 i/c interconnection with suitable rating copper cable.
