Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp,insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets all as specified.

Supply & fixing 'E' board 605 x 605 x 4 mm thick white prelaminated set & embosed, reinforced, designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture fixed at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white,.the frame work shall comprises of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm and spaced at 1200 mm center to center fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm rawl center, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and fasteners and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 120 mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center, size 1200 x 600 mm modules, cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm moduler to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorativen choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Asbestos cement plain building boards 6 to 8mm thick fixed to timber MS frame work with screws fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain fillets- square, rectangular, triangular in section, clean sawn secured with nails exc 3 and n.exc 6 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete and all as specified and directed

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete and all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled MS sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like including door frames/chowkats, fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; (square or round bar)barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per items No 10 but fixing only.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 , mixed with water proofing compound, on concrete surfaces of roof , surface finished even and smooth. (supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in roof kerb or mud stops mixed with acrylic base water proofing compound @ 1% by wt of cement including all necessary form work all as specified.

M& L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the top surface of concrete and providing water proofing treatment with polymeric water proofing memberane not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm including priming the surface by applying bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/sqm and applying the surface by blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm & applying water proofing memberane( with 10 cm. overlaps )and applying the surface by blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and painting bituminuos aluminium paint @ 100gm/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauze, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour in ridge, valley gutter & fascia,drip and straight flashing having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F for wind ties for roof including securingbolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel FE 410-w, Grade 250E quality A ,channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia decorative type curtain rod with rings and brackets complete and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strip 3mm thick width of strip 38mm inserted in position to conform to design complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out roots of trees penetrated through valves/concrete surfaces etc upto a depth of 600mm by chieseling , demolition of brick work , concrete work and pouring concentrated acids/Dr fixit chemicals upto the depth of roots and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I (Water tank shall be ISI marked having mini 3 Layers) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (Water tank shall be ISI marked having mini 3 Layers) complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 41,400.00
