Material and labour for 3 ½ core 120 Sqmm XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole etc including taking down any type and size of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavated soil shall shall be riddle by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches all as in cable cushioning.

Material and labour for Bricks (Size 0.23x 0.115x 0.075mm) covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminious road/ hard standing/PCC path/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay/fix along wall/pole GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down old U/S pipecomplete all as specified and directed .-

Material and labour for Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incomming/outgoing controls including cleaning, greasing the hinges, locking arrangement, checking the seviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the wornout fastners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gakets etc all as directed Note:- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Material and labour for Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Material and labour for Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,. etc after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

All as per item No 48 herein before but for cable of size 70 Sq mm 3.5 core to 240 Sqmm.

Supply and fixing in replacement, sheet metal enclosure distribution box double door type suitable for MCCB 4 way TPN 415 volts vertical type 4 pole fixed flush type to wall, including 200 Amps bus bar, neutral bar standard DIN rail ,earth bar and cable tier for cable arrangement top and bottom removable gland plate and suitable for 160 Amp MCCB complete all as specified.

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supplying, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9.00 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1998 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Pole upto 1.5 m top of copping shall be painted with 2 coats of block and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25×4mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as speified.

All as per item No 54 herein before but with connected to and including using 4 mm GI wire (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 20 mm light grade for protection of GI earth wire.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular pole of any description including painting of all MS clamps, cross arms on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with black and white synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5 mtr above PCC benching/coping and marking of pole No etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .
