Supplying and fixing of giant tyre fenders, making hole, cutting, bending and fixing of MS plate, GI nipples and flanges, washer, wire rope, wire grip cardium compound and accessories in position as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of gaint tyre fenders MS plate, GI nipple, flanges, washers, wire rope, cardium compound and accessories, cost of transportation charge of all materials to worksite, scaffolding charges, all labour charge, cost of minor tools etc., complete.

Lifting the gaint/mini tyre the berthing face with the help of crane/forklift for replacing nipple flange, wire rope etc. complete and including cost of all labour charges and cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Supplying, Testing and Fixing of cast iron bollards of 90 T pull capacity confirming to relevant IS specifications with all fixtures such as anchor bolts, nuts and washers including fixing the bollards in position on the proposed Jetty structure, fixing the anchor bolts with template arrangements at the required locations at desired level and alignment as directed by Nodal Officer, including cost of bollards, anchor bolts, nuts & washers etc, cost of transportation charges of bollards and bolts to worksite, Welding charges, all labour charges and minor tools, etc. complete.

Painting of Two coats of Superior quality SE paint (black) on surface of bollard of 90 ton/30 ton and 10 ton capacity bollard including cost of paint brush cost of all labours charges materials and minor toolsets complete.
