Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories incuding sunken anodized pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2mm thick covered with 3mm thick Bakelite laminated sheet cover of suitable size with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, reguloators with and including 1.5Sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor drawing as continuous earth wire connected to main earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No-12.01 above here-in-before but one socket out let 5 Amp controlled by one switch on independent board.

All as per item No 12.01 here in before but point wiring with 2.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable for main circuit and 2.5sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor for one 15Amp socket out let controlled by one 15Amp switch on independat board.

Ceiling fan complete with blades down rod ,compatible with electronic regulator regulator and accesories 230 V 1200 mm Sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, Five star rated with brushless direct current motor complete all as specfied and directed.

Exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply installation commisioing of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage nominal 120 Ltr and cooling capacity 60 Ltr complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing Open well Submersible Pump with stainless Steel shaft driven by suitable size of electric motor Single Phase having pump discharge capcity of 2.2 LPS at minimum 18-32 mtr head range and delivery size of pump 25 mm dia including all connection fixing arrangment alongwith suitable capacity of copper Wire and MCB enclosure with complete accesories including suitable platform complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in charge.

Supply and fix Single phase Submersible pump Controller of 1 HP with overload relay 6A-9.3A complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and installation of automatic copper wound voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electronic transistorized relay suitable for connection on single phase 50Hz AC supply designed for input voltage of 90 to 290V and output voltage stabilized at 215 to 240 V capacity 3 KVA complete with digital voltmeter and ammeter with time delay rleay of 2-3 minute, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of static water heater (Geyser) vertical storage type of 35 ltr capacity electric driven closed vented suitable for operation for single phase 240 volts, inner container made out of stainless steel, 2000 watt, pressure rating 60 N/Sqmm, class-1, 5 star rating with PVC connection of hot & Cold pipe line including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of septic tank for 100 users (Brick construction) complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

Construction of soakage well (Brick construction) 3.00m dia and 4.50m deep below inlet pipe level (depth from inlet pipe to ground level 45cm) complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.
