Item No.29 Supply & providing water proofing roof treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex manufactured by M/s Pidilite. manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/ Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd having 10 years gurantee for water tightness as per following steps. Operation-I. Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including cleaning surface all as per manufaturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. Operation-II. Supply & providing water proofing with 3mm thick APP polymeric proofing membran (centre core shall be 150 GSM, weight not less than 4 kg/ sqmtr) of film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. Operation-III. Aluminium bituminous paint @1.10 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed throughh expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Item No.45 S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Item No.104 M&L for Sub main wiring in repairs with two runs of single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit of not less than 25mm dia including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed 4 sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 4.00 sqmm cable, one run of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.
