Earthwork for foundation : KSRB 2-2.2: Earthwork excavation for water supply lines either in pits or in trenches, in hard soil not exceeding 1.50 meters in depth, including dressing the bottom and sides of pit and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead up to 50 meters after breaking of clods etc., complete including cost of labours and HOM of equipment complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 2.1 (b)/2.3.5

Cutting Road surface: Cutting of road surface for pipe line trenches and disposing of the excavated stuff as directed including barricading, danger lighting etc., in asphalt surface road, including cost of labour, HOM etc., complete as per specification.

Dismantling inter lock flooring: Dismantling interlock flooring including removing and conveying the debris with all lead and lift and stacking the materials available for re-use including transportation charge etc. complete.

PVC pipe – 110 mm dia – 10kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 6.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 110 mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc complete as per specification.

PVC pipe – 90 mm dia – 10kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 6.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 90 mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc complete as per specification.

PVC pipe – 63 mm dia – 10kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 6.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 63 mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc complete as per specification.

Refilling trenches: KSRB 2-4: Refilling available earth around pipe lines, cables in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead upto 50m. and lift upto 1.5 m. including cost of all labour complete as per specifications.

Plain cement concrete with M20 mix: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of Mix –M20 - with OPC cement at 300 kgs per cum cement of approved brand with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69cum and clean sieved fine aggregates at 0.43cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick, well compacted, in foundation, plinth, road cutting portion and similar work, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, curing complete as per specifications.

Laying available interlock paver: Laying available 60mm thick cement block interlock pavers, over 50mm thick sand bed and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level including cost labour, sand, HOM, etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Non return valve- 80mm : Providing and fixing of approved make no-return valve as per IS 778/1984 with ISI Mark and cost including all materials, labour, HOM, with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specification

Sluice Valve -110mm dia: Providing and fixing of Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice valve with body, bonnet of PN-16, cost including all materials, labour, HOM, with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specification

GI pipe – 100mm dia: Providing and fixing in position GI pipe with all fittings including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM and testing complete as per specifications.

Inspection chamber: Constructing brick masonry inspection chamber 600 x 600mm, and 450mm depth, (clear inside dimension) for pipe line with three or more inlets, using table moulded non modular bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:5, C.I cover with frame (light duty) 600 x 600mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38kg (weight of cover 23kg and weight of frame 15kg) coping concrete with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix 20mm and down size granite metal, foundation concrete 1:5:10 with 40mm and down size granite metal inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3, finished smooth with a floating coat of cement on walls and bed concrete complete as per standard design including cost of materials, labours charges ,curing complete as per specifications.

PVC Ball Valve – 63mm: Providing and fixing PVC Ball valve of 63mm size to the PVC pipe line with all charges including, labour, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per specifications

Brass Float Valve – 50mm: Providing and fixing in position of Brass float valve of 50mm (Industrial type) with all charges, including labour, HOM etc., complete as per specifications.

Route marker slab: Providing and fixing route marker slab of 300x150mm size with CC footing including cost of all material labour, painting, HOM etc., complete as per specifications.
