Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15 KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator ,cold starting aid kit, AMF control panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, CPCB-IV+ approved Engine & Acoustic Enclosure Governing class( as per ISO 8528 Part- V) : G2/A1, having following specifications :- ENGINE: Diesel enngine,1500 RPM, output19.5 HP or higher, Prime duty, liquid cooled, Number of cylinder- 3, aspiration- Natural Aspiration, , Fuel Tank Capacity of 50 Liters or Higher , with Inlet & outlet arrangement with Drain Plug and Air vents. Engine instrument panel Consisting of starting switch with Key, Lube Oil Indicator, water temperature Indicator, RPM indicator and hour meter . Safety Controls : Emergency Stop, Low Lube Oil Pressure warning/ Shutdown, High Engine Water Temp. warning/ Shutdown, Sensor failure Indicator, Engine overspeed indicator, Battery charging and low battery indicator, Exhaust Silencer : Critical Grade Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent sound emission standards , Starting system : 12V, DC power srtarting system complete with starter motor, charging alternator with rectifier and Cutout as per manufacturer standard, . ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure . High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.Top lifting for easy handling. Sound Level : <75 dBA at 1 meter distance. BASE FRAME Common fabricated base frame containing the engine , alternator, and AMF Panel mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook. Complete with 1st fill of lube oil and all all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure. All parts /assembly must be Engine manufacturer/OEM recommended.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mmx 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode , including connection/terminating with G.I. nut,bolt,spring washer etc. as required.(jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supply of following type of XLPE POWER CABLE of 1.1 kv grade armoured Al. cable compulsory ISI mark confirming to IS:7098/ PART –I / 88 with amendment no.1 as required:CABLE SIZE 4 X35 SQ.MM

Laying and fixing of one No. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/XLPE al conductor cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on the wall surface as reqd:Upto 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required:63 mm dia(OD 63 mm &ID 51mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required:4x35 sqmm

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , for all lift , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplusexcavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
