Renovation Works for New Conference Room in RBIO, AOB

Carefully dismantling the existing flooring and dispose off the debris from Bank premises and Providing, laying and fixing 10mm thick approved quality polished Double Charged/ full body vitrified tiles of size 800 mm. X 1600 mm. or any other approved size of approved manufacture make and shade with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 coarse aggreagte) in flooring in required design and pattern on the existing flooring, including filling the joints with polymer cement grout or white cement slurry mixed with polymer and matching pigment, cleaning, curing, etc. The rate shall include for additional thickness of cement mortar for tile fixing, if so required to maintain proper floor level/slope and the cost of preparation of surface after dismantling of existing floor upto the mother surface of the area and by making of deep grooves by machine, hacking of surface to receive the flooring, cleaning; disposal of debris out of Bank’s premises, including all lead and lift etc. all complete as directed by the Bank’s Engineer. Note:- 1. Exposed plan area shall only be measured and paid for. 2. Basic Rate of Tiles is Rs. 937 per Sqm. inclusive of all taxes/GST and cess.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick approximately 100 mm. high approved quality polished Double Charged/Full body Vitrified tiles of approved make with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement & 4 Coarse sand) in skirting (tiles cut from 800 mm. X 1600 mm. size and matching the edge tile joints )wherever required; in all colours, design and pattern; grouting joints with polymer cement grout or white cement slurry mixed with polymer and matching pigment, cleaning, curing, etc. The rate shall include for carefully dismantling of existing marble mosaic skirting (as and where required), making good the damages with cement mortar, cleaning, disposal of debris out of Bank’s premises, etc. all complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. Note:- 1. Exposed area of vitrified tile skirting shall only be measured and paid for. 2.Basic Rate of Tiles is Rs.937/- per Sqm. inclusive all taxes/GST & cess

Providing, fabricating & fixing full height double skin solid partition wall classified asFire Class A as per ASTME-8 using with mild steel hollow section of size 50x50x1.6 mm to make the framing in such a way that vertical member should be in one piece anchored with ceiling and floor to make the grid of size 600x600 mm c/c both ways to use horizontally and vertically leaving space for opening and suitable supporting members beside opening to be provided with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ceiling/floor with steel dash fasteners of 8mm dia,75mm long bolt and the alternate members to be extended upto the original ceiling/RCC roof. The MS frame shall be dipped painted with two coats of approved anti-rust steel paint over a coat of primer.The framing shall be covered both side using 25mm thick HDHMR fibre glass board conforming to density 850–900 kg/m³ acoustic wall panel (fibre glass substrate25mm thick, Wall Panel size 600x1200mm Nominal and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85), wrapped with fabric conforming to fire retardent and finish with in decorative pattern and on outerside of 25mm thick HDHMR fibre glass board partition finished with laminate of 1mm thick as per design/direction or approval of Bank's Engineer. Note:Measurement shall be made on the exposed surface only one side. The exposed surface of the HDHMR density 850–900 kg/m³ at inner side of partition wall shall be finished with 25 mm thick acoustic wall panel of approved make and shade, and outer side of partition shall be finished with 25mm thick acoustic wall and 1 mm laminate fixing as per design and direction of Bank's Engineer.

Providing, fabricating and fixing wall panelling classified as Fire Class A as per ASTM E-8 using standard MS rectangular sections of approved quality and make, fixed firmly to the floor at base and adjacent wall/ceiling as indicated in the following specifications: a) Vertical Members- MS box section 50x25x1.6mm spaced at approximately 600mm c/c fixed firmly on floor at base and ceiling/beam at top. All the vertical members shall be extended upto the ceiling/beam level with additional aluminium angle/cleat. The MS frame shall be painted with two coats of approved anti-rust steel primer. b) Horizontal Members- MS box section 50x25x1.6mm spaced at approximately 600mm c/c welded including additional members for raceway openings. The MS frame shall be painted with two coats of approved anti-rust steel primer. c) The framing shall be covered top side using 25mm thick HDHMR board conforming to density 850–900 kg/m³ and finish with acoustic wall panel (fibre glass substrate 25mm thick , Wall Panel size 600x1200mm Nominal and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 ) in decorative pattern using with fabric/1mm laminate outside of panelling as per design/direction of approval of Bank's Engineer. Note: Measurement shall be made on the exposed surface only.

Providing and fixing decorative wall panelling classified as Fire Class A as per ASTM E-8 made of 25 mm thick HDHMR board density 850–900 kg/m³framework with necessary 50x25mm MS/Aluminium support members fixed to wall, finished with approved shade natural acoustic wall panel (fibre glass substrate 25mm thick , Wall Panel size 600x1200mm Nominal and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 ) including , grooves, edge beading and complete as per approved design. The work shall include recessed centre display niche with rounded edge framing, back panelling finished in laminate/fabric , side open display shelves, all necessary hardware, finishing materials, scaffolding and making good complete in all respects as per the direction of Bank's Engineer. Note: Measurement shall be made on the exposed surface only.
