M&L brick work using 'B' class brick in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius except brick

Fixing only old brick work using 'B' class brick in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks shall be obtained from item No 1

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain chanel complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete.

M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces.
