Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, eaves board etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) drain pipes all as specified

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate n.exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding to roof slab mixed with water proofing compound. (Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including welding to damaged bars with overlapping in columns/ beams etc cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 8 to 6mm dia cut to length bent to shape required include cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, incl cover fillets including frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminium grid work (size of grid 605x605mm) with 35x25x1.5mm main tee and 25x25x1.4mm, cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 3.15mm dia, GI wire, hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20m, centre to centre staggered and board with E board, decorative type, size 600x600x4mm thick, finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on external faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for 15mm thick external rendering in two layers of 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be used as per manufacturer’s instructions) over a coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair. Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plaster or untreated surfaces on walls incl preparation of wall surfaces all as specified

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer incl preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises and apply water proofing treatment with the following specifications complete all as specified and as per manufacturer’s instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as leveling course (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Square metre over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per Square metre. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing 3to 4Kg/Square metre, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Square metre) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Square metre over the membrane. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling /picking etc upto a depth of 10 to 30 mm from floor/roof slab/chajjas and similar structural members cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles including necessary scaffolding upto three storey building and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for application of high build polymer cement sand mortar 1:3 with water cement ratio 0.35 to 0.45 mixing with Nito bond SBR @ 5 ltrs per 50 Kg cement on ceiling / chajja surfaces 10 to 30mm thick in two layers over slurry priming coat of 1 volume Nito bond SBR to 1 volume water, 3 volume fresh cement (5 sqm per litre Nito Bond SBR) etc all as per manufacturers instructions, including finishing to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [ Note : Nitobond SBR shall from Fosroc chemical (India) Pvt Ltd or equivalent chemicals of MC Bouchemics/Beck/Bostik]

Material and labour for removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling / picking etc upto a depth of 50 to 70mm from columns, beams and similar structural members, cutting edges, clearing the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc., to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc., and washing with clean water with pressure including necessary scaffolding upto three storey building and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non shrink, cementitous micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using Renderoc RG of fosroc or equivalent in Bostik/ Bouchemics/ Beck by weight (18 Kg Aggregate :25 Kg Renderoc RG) respectively (as per manufatures instruction) laid in average thickness 50 to 70 mm in surface of columns, beams, parapets and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight form work, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including welding to damaged bars with overlapping in columns/ beams etc cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Material and labour for applying one coat anti corrosive primer @ 0.25lit /sqm for steel area to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars to form unbroken 40 micron thick film complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 sqm/lit or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified. Make : Concure WB white of Fosroc or equivalent in Bouchemics/Beck/Bostik.

Material and labour for Broken Brick bats guage 80 to 150mm Loose filling in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC gully trap with cover of size 125mm fixed in repairs including PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm aggregates) bed complete all as directed.
