Earth Excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead & lift including leveling the bed & depositing the soil away working area.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, watered and rammed including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour and T&P required for the work.

Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm & down graded size hand broken H.G. metal including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with all labour charges.

R.C.C/C.C. work in ground floor of M-30 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chips including hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead ,T & P etc all complete .

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar(1:4) in foundation and plinth. T & P etc all complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including cost, conveyance & royality of materials. .complete including cost of sheet & all fitting (per 1 SqMtr).

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and purlines including fabrication and all cost of MS pipe 40mm dia (Labour only)

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer.T & P etc all complete

Supplying ,fitting and fixing of precoated Galvanized iron Profile semi gloss of 1000mm width & total coated thickness 0.50mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys ,wind ties etc .complete including cost of sheet & all fitting (per 1 SqMtr).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of vitrified floor Tile of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) & finishing joints with white cement etc.
