Repair to potholes, not exc1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud ,or water,scouring sunken surface in roads ,paths etc.cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth,making good filling in screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm , putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings , 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings) and compacted to required grade and camber, depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing craked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleared surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all are specified and directed

M&L for using paving bitumen & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5Kg/ 10Sqm over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder paving bitumen content by weight of total mix using Paving bitumen of grade VG 10, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Bituminous premix carpet will be carried out by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen @ 4.00% by weight of total mix, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes ,arrows etc and the like n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proof design) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt on NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/1600 mA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as specified and as directed.
