S/F rolling shutters of (Tata /Sail make ) approved make 80mmx1.25mm MS laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mamted on specially designed pipe shelf with brackets side guides and arrangement from inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of top cover and spring. Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer. of Asian/Dulux make.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Abexlutime) or its equivalent on undecorated will surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand papered smooth complete. of Asian/Dulux make.
