Repair of Pot hole any depth, consolidation of stone ballast 22.4mm to 53 mm size by 8-10 ton road roller including opening out stacks, sorting in proper size,repairing patches in existing road spreading material making madhi ,carrige of material up to 30mtr, supplying and maintanance of barriers, caution post, light at night carrige of water up to 200mtr including cost of all material ,labour, T&P etc all taxes.as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)as per I.S. 8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrs before the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per MORD specification No. 502 and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a H M P, laying with Paver Finisher & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen VG-30 @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508 and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat type "B" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with coarse sand of Haridwar quarry @ 0.06 cum per 10 sqm with Bitumen VG-30 @ 6.80 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.
