Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm deep in area exc 400Sqm and removing n.exe 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in Charge

M&L Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bage to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bage to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG 10 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG 10 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) laid/spread using mechanical paver with 4% binding content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumin of grade VG 30 rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber Paving bitumen any penetration, spread rolled with 8 ton but not exceeding 10 tonne vibratory power roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thick with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix , using paving bitumin of grade VG 30 laid by machenical paver , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) premix semi dence asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in hot plant transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch 'A'

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, or as in road side berms etc laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering as in road side burms as specified and as directed.
