Taking down and refixing after recify the defects carefully of ceiling fan any size and any sweep including dismantling of blades, down rods fan for recognize defects at site or deposit to store complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing after recify the defects carefully of exhaust fan any size and any sweep including dismantling of blades, for recognize defects at site or deposit to store complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for overhauling of ceiling fan any Make and sweep including dismantling, cleaning internally and externally, oiling, greasing, checking of electric connections, replacement of worn out check nuts, split pins, nuts, bolts and washers, sockets rebber real, clamps and minor repairing works and items etc. reassembling and testing on completion all as directed. Note :- Winding works will be taken seperatly

All as specified in item No.4.00 here-in-before but for exhaust fan/wall fan/fresh air fan etc of any Make and any size.

Painting of ceiling fan of any size sweep including blades and canopies with white enameled approved spray paints one coat after cleaning dust etc and Marking of MES No ceiling fan such as MES No, and height of letter 2.5 cm in figures including sign writing with black enameled paints all as directed

Painting of Exhaust fan of any size sweep including blades and canopies with white enameled approved spray paints one coat after cleaning dust etc and Marking of MES No Exhaust fan such as MES No, and height of letter 2.5 cm in figures including sign writing with black enameled paints all as directed

Removing the burnt copper winding of ceiling fan ,cleaning to cores and rewinding of ceiling fans with copper enameled wire of suitable size including film paper, sleaving and varnishing , 56” (1400mm) complete any make any type as directed by Engr-in- Charge .

All as per item No 8.00 above but 48”(1200 mm) sweep any make and any size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 above but exhaust fan 18” sweep 450mm complete any make all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Replacement of existing ceiling fan down rod with medium grade galvanized iron/ stove enameled pipe 20mm / 15 mm dia including threading both side or MS conduit heavy duty including both end hole with clamp with rubber real and split pin cable entry hole and check nuts including 3 core copper conductor 23/76, PVC insulated wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing medium step type fan regulator 80 Watt, 240 Volt AC, Gold series "Gold medium step" ISI marked complete in replacement of old unserviceable resistance type regulator all as specified and directed. Code No.3111 of make Cona or equivalent in Anchor/SSK/Crabtree as approved by GE (I).

Water Heater (Geysers 25 Ltrs)

Taking down carefully and re fixnig after rectifying the defects of storage type water heater (Geysers) of 25/50 ltrs capacity and mechanically from all existing line, opening for inspection back plate of any make/ type and from any height and re-fixing after necessary repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of heating element 1500 watt push/screw/ triangular type suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geysers ISI marked complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of thermostat switch suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity geyser of any make/ type with temperature range adjustable from 25 to 90 degree centigrade superior quality 20 Amp rating 220 volt AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in replacement of PVC flexible connection with two brass adopter as per existing samples/ suitable of carrying hot water fixed one end at geyser inlet / outlet water supply point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp suitable for 220 volts AC supply circular/ rectangular (green/ red) as per sample with neon lamp of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of inner tank of 25 liter capacity of existing material as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old rusted tank of 25 liter capacity casing as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing house assebley if there is any leakage in existing geyser of existing make as specified and directed at site.

Air Conditioner

Supply and fixing in replacement of compressor hermetically sealed type equipped with suitable rated capacity electric motor and over load protection and shall confirm to IS 10617, making all existing connection complete all as directed for 1.5 ton Window type/split type Air conditioners all as directed . Make : KIRLOSKAR/TECUMSCH /CARRIER/LG/SAMSUNG

Supply and fixing in replacement of compressor hermetically sealed type equipped with suitable rated capacity electric motor and over load protection and shall confirm to IS 10617, making all existing connection complete all as directed for 2.0 ton Window type/split type Air conditioners all as directed . Make : KIRLOSKAR/TECUMSCH /CARRIER

M&L for Gas refrigerant M 22/ R-22a in the sealed system of of Window type Air conditioners 1.5 /2Ton capacity after checking leakage /pressure vacumising flushing the sealed unit including replacement of filter drier and capillary tube all as specified.

All as per item no 33.00 above but Split type Air conditioner 1.5/2.0 ton capacity.

Taking down of window Ac 1.5 ton/2. Ton capacity and cleaning /serviceing of AC, overhauling of blower motor replacement of worn out parts, prepration of body for painting one coat of black paint inner site and one coat synthatic enameled paint on the outer cover of AC and marking of SM/MES No. and testing of full load of summer season and reinstallation at site. Note : Worn out parts shall be measured & paid seperately.

Taking out following defective items from window type AC 1.5 ton/split AC any make and supply and fixing following item directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Blower motor 1/6 HP with base/ rubber bush complete Make AUE/GE

(b). Condensor fan motor 1/5 HP make AUE/GE as per sample.

(c Condensor fan blade.

(d). Drum type blower fan PVC type

(e). Running capacitor 36 mfd. Make EPCOS or equivalent approved by Eng-in Charge

(f). Running capacitor 45 mfd.Make EPCOS or equivalent approved by Eng-in Charge

(g). Starting capacitor 100 to 120 mf Make : "TESLA" or approved by Eng-in Charge

(j). Thermostate make Indfoss.

(k). Starting relay make Ranutrol.

(l). Cooling coil assembly.

(m). Condensor coil assembly.

Cleaning of cooling condenser system of split type AC 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity and checking the pressure/ leakage of suction / discharge line & charging of gas refrigent M-22 up to required pressure and in separet unit replacement of unserviceable air filte complete all as specified and directed.

WATER COOLERS

Supply and fix in replacement of new compressor hermetically sealed type with suitable rated capacity electric motor and shall be equipped with over load protection, 230 volt, 50 HZ, single phase and confirming to IS-10617, suitable for water cooler 40/60 ltr capacity:- Make : KIRLOSKAR/TECHUMSH/carrier/Blue Star/LG

M&L for gas refrigentHCFC-22/R-134a in the sealed system of water cooler any make and capacity after checking the leakage / pressure vacuminising flushing the sealed system including replacement of capilary Tube, Gas filter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the blower moter of water cooler 1/32 HP, 23 W, 1250 RPM capacity, 230 volts single phase and taking out burnt out copper winding wire from moter and M&L for rewinding the electric motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same size and gauge including insulation material, varnish and reassemble and refixing the motor complete including replacement of unserviceable spares all as directed. (Ball bearings,bushes,and moter shafts shall be measured and paid under seperate items)

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermostat switch for water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of starting relay for water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of starting capacitor 40-60 mfd ,230 volt ,50Hz, confirming to IS 2993 for water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 44.00 above but for capacity 60-80 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement blower motor 1/32 HP 230 volt suitable for water cooler complete with base frame/and rubber bush make AUE/GE.

Supply and fix water tank gasket for water cooler 40/80 ltr cap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wiring kit complete for water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of all types of filters like sediment candle, carbon filter etc of exisisting make as specified and as directed at site. Make.KENT or as approved by GE (I).

VOLATAGE STABLIZER

Dismantling of voltage stabilizer 5/4 KVA capacity for repairs and re-fixing back to its original position after repair, cleaning, testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under relevant items ).

Supply only the following parts for voltage stabilizer 4/5 KVA capacity :-

(a) Main printed circuit board

(b) Auxilary printed board

(c ) Main transformer

(d) Auxilary transformer

(e) High/low cut off relay

(f) Time delay relay

(g) Volt meter 0-300 volt range AC round/square shape,

(h) push button/switch for volt meter.

DESERT COOLER :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC flexible pipe15 mm dia suitable for water distribution system of desert cooler of any size/capacity including elbow and water distributer 3 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of submersible pumps 230 volts, single phase for lifting of water as required head and as directed at site in replacement of old worn out unserviceable vertical pump /submerseable pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Kit fan 450 mm sweep, 1400 RPM , 230 Volt AC in replacement of old unserviceable ,worn out Kit fan complete and fixing in desert cooler as directed. Make :- CG, Bajaj, Havells,Usha

Supply and fixing in replacement of front grill plastic of the desert cooler with necessary nut, bolts, and washer etc, all as directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of loose wood wool padding of desert cooler side shutters in wire net all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement side shutter for desert cooler of 22 gauge PGI sheets grill type all as directed.

M&L for making water tank and body (Except side shutters)for desert cooler with 22 gauge PGI sheet of suitable size including side supports of deert cooler , front panel for fixing of Exhaust/ Kit fan and top cover as per sample and directed including dismantling of old unserviceable water tank and body fitted with old desert cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of AC/Geyser box by sheet steel enclosure in single pole (SP) and neutral fitted with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with MCB, SP , 240 volts, 20 Amps , 'C' series of suitable rating complete all as specified and directed . Make- -Legrand or equivalent model in Schneider Electric as approved by GE (I).

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 6.0 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 4.00 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and drawing in PVC rigid conduit , connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Note :- 1. Two run of single core cable with one run of contineous earth wire of copper conductor wire Flexible (Multistrand) of FR PVC insulated shall be measured and paid as one unit length. 2. PVC conduit pipe with fitting shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC conduit by Non Metallic Rigid PVC conduit, ISI Marked, conforming to IS 9537, medium grade of size 25 mm dia including all fittings like bends, elbow reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete including Cutting & Chasing required on brick wall not exceeding 10 CM girth for concealed conduit wiring and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and distemper / colour wash etc to match with existing surfaces including facing / finishing complete all as specified and directed.
