Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into the plinths sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20mts Pick Work

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: foundation and plinth

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing Tor steel /TMT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P/L cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete with all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge

Brick work using 1st class common burnt clay building bricks laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth complete with all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge

Applying Birla JK white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (i) In Wall /ceiling surface.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts: -In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works i/c making holes & filling the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a)Enamel paint other than white or white paint.
