Power Pack 230VAC/110VDC-1 No The bidder has to get the Specification and drawing approval from TANGEDCO before start of fabrication of panel and after manufacturing the panel the same shall be inspected by TANGEDCO i/c CT and PT shall be tested by TANGEDCO The scope of the work includes liaisoning with the TANGEDCO for arranging inspection,drawings, extending the supply, close co-ordination and complying with their directions i/c disconnecting the 11KV cables, reconnecting the same, testing and commissioning, Dismantling existing faulty HT metering Panel and shifting the same to location indicated by Engineer incharge within compound etc as required. (All the above shall comprise of one Job)

Supplying & Laying HT Cable 11 KV rating of size 3 Core x 95 Sqmm Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen With Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, XLPE Insulated UG Cable on surface/ existing masonary open duct/ existing GI Pipe etc as required..(Cable shall be with ISI mark)

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 coreX 95 Sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required.( Make: Denson / 3M(M-Seal) / Raychem)

Supplying and laying 2.5mm thick rubber mat suitable for 11KV HT supply conforming to IS:15652 -2006 as required. (Rubber mat shall be with ISI mark)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe of 2.7mtr long etc with Charcoal/Coke and salt as reqd.

Pdg and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer, excavation, refilling etc as reqd.( GI pipe shall be of ATC / ATL / BST / GSI / ITC / ITS / IIA /JST / Jindal /TTA / Tata/Zenith make)

Pdg and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip on surface or recess I/c connettions etc as reqd.

Signwriting of details about HT Metering Panel on 2mm thick acrylic sheet of size 3' X 2' on surface of wall etc as required.( As per the direction of the Engineer in charge )
