M&L surface dressing not exc. 15cm deep in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling, consolidating with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne and finishing to required size, shape etc., not exc. 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth shall be obtained from borrow pits excavated within the MoD land as per the directions of Eng-in-Charge. Rate quoted shaal be deemed to include trasportation and excavation of borrow pits.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m deep and not exc. 1.5 m width in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC Type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.
