Taking down unserviceable LED light fittings of any watt and type from existing position on pole/ wall/ tower/gate/hanger, complete for repair and keep in safe costody for refix the serviceable light fittings all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) New spare parts required for replacing old unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as ‘ Supply only’ under relavent item here-in-after (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of necessary ladder, tools and plants, necessary drilling, bolts /screws for fixing new one etc., as per site requirement and MS work as per site requirement. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts,removing unserviceable parts, dismantling light fittings are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Refixing the serviceable light fitting in existing position after repair of any watt and type on existing pole complete all as specified and as directed

Supply,Fixing and Testing LED street light luminaire fitting of not less than 35 Watt,Luminaire fitting of IP 66 protection comprises of Pressure die cast Aluminium housing powder coated,with luminaire efficacy not less than 100 lm/w provided with Surge Suppressor 5 KV complete and making good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F out door drivers any type and 50-75 wattage after taking down old unserviceable flood lights/post top latern lights/street light/security lights including necessary connecting arrangements as per site requirement all as specified and directed

All as per item No 4 but 35-45 wattage.

Supply only surge protection devicess any type and KV for 5 KV suitable for LED light fittings up to 75 watts capacity flood lights/post top latern lights including necessary connecting arrangements as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for MCCB 415 V, with thermal magnetic protection 63 Amps to 100 Amp with breaking capacity breaking capacity 36 KA 4 Pole , ICS=100%ICU, including additions /altertions to existing MCCB mounting place in the panel for properly fixing and reconnecting In / Out going bus bar or cable connections including s&f suitable rating / size lugs,extended teriminals as per site requirements and making good distrubed panel surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no-7 here-in-before but for MCCB of rating 125 Amps, ICS=100%ICU,4 pole, Breaking capacity 25 KA all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for MCCB 415 V, with microprocessor release 160 Amps with breaking capacity breaking capacity 36 KA 4 Pole , ICS=100%ICU, including additions /altertions to existing MCCB mounting place in the panel for properly fixing and reconnecting In / Out going bus bar or cable connections including s&f suitable rating / size lugs,extended teriminals as per site requirements and making good distrubed panel surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no-9 here-in-before but for MCCB of rating 250 Amps, ICS=100%ICU,4 pole, Breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting cable from existing feeder pillar/ LT panel/pole JB and removing/ cutting burned part of cable including taking out of switch gear of any rating any type size and refixing /connecting the cable in existing position checking the bus bar connections /power cable from Main Bus bar to MCCB and out going cable connections of MCCB, tightening of incomming and outgoing cables including replacement of Copper / Aluminium lugs as per site requirements including removing the carbon deposit and replacing the gasket of compartment door, reconditioning of door lock complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge.

Dismantling and taking out following size cable from existing feeder pillar/ LT panel and removing/ cutting burned part of cable including taking out loop for extension of cable upto required length and fixing /connecting the cable in existing position including necessary nuts, bolts, lugs of approriate size and refixing of cable gland complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for following sizes: Note: The quoted rate includes necessary earth work and supply and fixing of lugs of appropriate sizes.

Taking up existing old/ unserviceable/ burnt under ground cable from the existing positions/ trenches etc., including testing with the help of megger, disconnecting and removing unserviceable portion of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavation/ earth work shall be measured and paid seprately under relavent items. (ii) Retrived serviceable bricks from site be properly stacked and reused as protection to UG cable and shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items. (iii) Serviceable portion of cable shall be relayed as directed and shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items.

Supply, laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of following size for replacement of unserviceable portion of cable including connecting up with proper size aluminium lugs, glands wherever necessary in LT panels/ bus bar chamber panel /joints etc., all as per site requirement including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(i) Rates includes supply and fix necessary glands,lugs,insulation tape etc., (ii) Excavation/ Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (iii) Cable straight through joints/ bus bar chamber if any as per site requirement shall be measured and paid seprately under relevent item of schedule.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for taking up/ laying cable etc., and getting out for soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading riddled earth as obtained from excavation here-in-before for UG cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: if the required qty of riddled earth not obtained from above item the contractor should bring the same from other location shown (not beyond 50m) including necessary earthwork as directed for borrow pit /trench to obtain the required qty including removing surplus soil without any additional cost and the cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of serviceable bricks as obtained from item ser No.14 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms for soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing and Testing Powder coated Outdoor street light control box of size not less than 300 x 200 x 80 mm CRCA 3 mm thick IP 65 fabricated by CPRI certified panel manufacturer including suitable terminal TPN 10 KA SMC Connector ( for 3 Phase Cable Line IN & OUT) and provision of dimrail for mounting 3 Nos MCB SP including S&F 01 No MCB 10 A SP C curve , canopy weather proof, hinged door with allen key locking arrangement for fixing on PCC / Steel Poles in and including necessary MS Clamps - 02 Nos of size 300mmx25mmx5mm shape and size with nut, bolts and washers as per site requirement for cemented pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - (1) The cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate for reconnecting Old existing cables to boxes carefully using a suitable glands and also taking up loop from the under ground and making good in all respect where ever required as per site requirement.

Material and labour for cast iron cable route indicator of standard size circular/eleptical shaped incl 25 x 6 mm angle iron stud with slanting top duly embossed ' UG CABLE ' including and planted on PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm aggregate) 200x200x300mm complete including taking out old damaged indicators and demolition of PCC near old indicators, necessary earth work, site clearance, painting and preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Cutting the existing road for 0.30M width , 0.60M depth for laying cable incl excavation in any type of soil, returning filling , removal and including Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) of 15 cm thick for making good the disturbed road portion all as directed and specified. (Note:GI pipe with all fittings shall be measured and paid under the respective item)

Demolition and dismantling of concrete of any description from street light pole foundation, coping etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC for foundation for standalone solar street light pole whereever necessary 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

PCC for coping for Light pole, road cutting etc whereever necessary 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered cemented surface and applying two coat of white wash on cemented surface/wall etc complete all as specified.

Surface dressing upto 15cm deep in and around transformer yard , four pole, two pole, three pole structure vicinity and clearing of vegetation/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting and Trimming of tree branches touching street / security poles or light fittings etc, to clear the tree branches around the pole and maintain a clearance of 1.50 M radius of the pole top or light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) An area of 1.5 M surrounding the pole to be cleared off trees branches. (b) Measurement and payment will be made for all cutting / trimming near top of the each pole as one job only.

M&L for tubes light grade galvanised iron pipes of 40 mm sizes with all fittings and fixed under road / culvert/cable protection ,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for tubes light grade galvanised iron pipes of 80 mm sizes with all fittings and fixed under road / culvert/cable protection ,complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for welding works to existing LT feeder pillar box/ panel board including removing broken hinges and supply and fixing new heavy duty hinges as per existing type and qty including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and painting with synthetic enamel paint over red oxide on the welded surfaces to make good the distrurbed surface and match witth existing tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boascaping the surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface to existing LT feeder pillar box/ panel board of size above 1 sqm up to 3 sqm and painting with two coats of exterior enamel paint water proof suitable for existing LT feeder pillar box/ panel board surface including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and as specified complete all as specified and directed. Note :- White washing to copping/pesdestal of LT feeder pillar box/panel board includeed in quoted rate.

Material and labour for boascaping the surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface to existing LT feeder pillar box/ panel board of size above 0.3 sqm up to 1.0 sqm and painting with two coats of exterior enamel paint water proof suitable for existing LT feeder pillar box/ panel board surface including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and as specified complete all as specified and directed. Note :- White washing to copping/pesdestal of LT feeder pillar box/panel board includeed in quoted rate.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on LT steel tubular poles single armed upto 9 Mtr height and including clamps and street light brackets complete all as specified and as directed the poles shall be painted with navy blue and white colour anti corrosive enamel paint alternatively at the interval of 50 cm, upto 1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on LT steel tubular poles single / double armed upto 11 Mtr height and including clamps and street light brackets complete all as specified and as directed the poles shall be painted with navy blue and white colour anti corrosive enamel paint alternatively at the interval of 50 cm, upto 1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material and labour for writing pole number on any type of pole, painted with thick paint, bold and solid with white colour letters over black colour circular base complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair of LED street light luminaire complete suitable for solar street light DC supply of not less than 35 Watt with LED driver and auto dusk and dawn off control, IP65 outdoor type in and including taking down and re connecting of all necessary new wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper cable for PV panel, battery, MCB, including S & F charge controller as per site for making functioning of LED on solar light on existing stand alone solar system, servicing, cleaning of PV panel complete, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of necessary ladder, tools and plants, necessary drilling, bolts /screws for fixing new one etc, as per site requirement and MS work as per site requirement.

Material and Labour for servicing, overhauling, caliberation, conditioning, repairing, cleaning to old/ unserviceable PV cell system, charge controller system complete of stand alone solar street light system as per site requirement to make functioning of PV cell system, charge controller system in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing testing of maintenance free solar battery 12V 100 AH suitable for solar street light accuracy including all necessary new wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper cable for PV panel, battery, as per site for making functioning of LED on solar light on existing stand alone solar system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of necessary ladder, tools and plants, necessary drilling, bolts /screws for fixing new one etc., as per site requirement and MS work as per site requirement.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm 2 core solid conductor nominal cross section in service connection complete all as specified and directed.

Boring for holes under road, pavement/ hard standing by trenchless technology with necessary machines without damaging existing road/hard standing including necessary T&P and supply and lay HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing the existing eart pit chamber, before removing the existing twisting earth pit sink into the ground, broken rcc cover etc. with replacement of new RCC cover of existing size and improve the earth value with added water and salt and findout the earth value using digital earth tester after disconnection of earth electrode from earth chamber for maintaining the record and fill the data in earth test register incl writing the earth value on earth pit with date of measurement complete all as specified and as directed
