REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD AND CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE DANAPUR

Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) with 8 to 10 Tonne power Road roller complete all as Specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparing of black top surfaces by brushes with wire brushes for removing caked mud of surface etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M& for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bitumen primer @ 5kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix including scrafying existing bituminous macadam surface using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road Marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. completed all as specified and directed Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/M/S Texla plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd/ M/S Automat Road safty Pvt Ltd.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base in floors, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 200 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.
