Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.(Up to 0-4 floor Height)

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old Painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including cleaning and preparation of surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old Painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including cleaning and preparation of surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one or more coat of French polish on old treated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including cleaning and preparation of surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two or more coat of french polish including preparing, cleaning the new surface and applying wood filler on new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L complete Removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to old decorated surfaces of wall over 2mm thick wall care putty including preparation surfaces (by brooming down steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent, salts trading oil and greasy spots etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L complete Removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to old decorated surfaces of ceiling over 2mm thick wall care putty including preparation surfaces (by brooming down steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent, salts trading oil and greasy spots etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
