Taking down existing water proofing treatment including screed bed and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, lacing courses parapets , copings, kneelers, bed plates etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of approved makes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof coating with three coat of HS PU Roofcoat (1st coat with 50% dilution, 2nd and 3rd coat undiluted with 4-5 Hrs gap in each coat) over a coat of Latex Plus mixed with cement ratio of 1:4:7 (Advance Latex plus : water : Cement) applied by a authorised aplicator complete all as specified and directed. Make: Berger / Asian/ Fosroc

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick with fly ash brick old size straight of curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new undecorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.71 mm dia and size of mesh is 12 mm fixed in properly with suitable nails for repair of cracks at various locations in wall, beam,chajja, facis, slab, lintel etc including taking down plaster of cracked portion and making good the area by rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI water tubing medium grade 15mm bore galvanized with all fittings & fixture complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.16 above, but 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top)of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position and including dismantling water tank and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top)of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position and including dismantling water tank and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium . rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting 500 ltr existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. And hosting if required reconnecting and refixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 21 above, but for 1000 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to workout the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.) [(-) Rs.24,285.00/- ]
