Supply and fix bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 mtr long each bent to required shape & size as directed by EIC & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32X 6mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts &washer and painting of clamps and street light firtting bracket with one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair of 60W LED Street Light luminaire. LED Street Light shall be made up of Pressure Die Cast aluminum housing with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life. The luminaire shall be complete IP66 for Optical Compartment and Control Gear Compartment.The Optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety.The LED Street light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance.LED Street Light shall use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminaire. Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable aluminium conductor cable single core PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm down through the existing pole/GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement toughened clear glass cover rectangular/ circular suitable for flood light fittings/ Street light fitting any type 70 to 150 watts as per sample all as required or directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC conduit heavy duty 25 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection all as required at site or directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in replacement cable of size 10 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminiun conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm suspended with galavnised steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable of size 6 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminiun conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm suspended with galavnised steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole 9 Mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative green and white strips of 30cm each upto 1.5 Mtr height using synthetic enamel paint. Marking the pole number with black enamel paint over yellow circle of dia 100mm. Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e 'U' clamps, channels etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in reapir / replacement of pole mounted street light factory fabricated junction box of size300 x 160 x 250 mm mm of approved make and of appropriate size made out of 2 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet , including63A ,Three Phase four wire having four no.AL Bus Bar including 6A SP MCB. The box should have auto Door Lock facility with magnetic Lock having Sizehaving Size box fixed on pole using necerssary fixing arrangement such as clamps,nut,bolts and washer including taking down existing junction box of any description/type etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- SLPBTP63 of DVEPL or equivalent in any make specified in list of makes Appendix 'B'.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ and on wall/ poles complete all as specified.

Supply of one electrician with one helper for daily repair/maintenance of street lights, security lights, high mast light per day except holidays complete with T&P used for repair of S/L and ladder etc as per area specified by JE E/M and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting the steel parts i.e clamps, channels etc by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting "as in replacement" in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles of 9.50 metres long, type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, goose neck bracket, finial taper plug , bolt, nuts & screws as specified and painting internal surface with anti-corrosive paint and external surface painting up to 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide over a coat of red oxide primer and remaing portion with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal/coping including necessary weathering and form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L in replacement for stay assembly comprising stay 14 mm dia and 40 cm long stay rod 20 mm dia and 1.8 m long threaded ends with nuts, mild steel plate 30 cm X 30 cm X 6 mm thick and two number of thimble etc. complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I of 2009 including taking down existing stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.
