Supply and Installation of PAC in SRO Data Centre

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Bottom discharge TOP Return High sensible Dx type Precision Air Conditioning Unit with Air Cooled condenser. The PAC should be complete with direct driven backward curve fans with EC motor,Single/multiple scroll compressors, flat evaporator coil with hydrophilic blue fin coating,safety controls for DX mode, Electronic expansion valves integrated with microprocessor controller, multistage heaters, humidifier, microprocessor controller, inbuilt electrical panel. The Unit should consisting of inlet filter section with Eu-4 filters,SS condensate drain pan, Microprocessor panel with digital display, programmable control & recording unit.The unit shall be suitable for operation on 415 V 50 Hz AC supply. The Display panel shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults limiting values. The Cabinet should be with 1.2mm thick GI sheet coated with epoxy-polyester paint and the panels are lined on the inside with heat- and sound-proofing insulation to class 1 Insulation shall be polyurethane sheet with minimum 15mm thickness having better thermal & acoustic properties. The Scroll compressors are suitable for R407C refrigerant and the air cooled condenser should be inclusive of multirow coil and axial fan with fan speed controller. Evaporator coil should be fully flat with hydrophilic bluefin coating and should be completely access from front side of PAC.The Evaporator fan should be direct driven backward curve fan with EC motor. The PAC should have inbuilt Sequencing controller &SNMP ( Modbus Protocol ) BMS integration.Unit should be capable of receiving signal from fire alaram panel and trip the unit under emergency. Anti Corrosive Coated Condensor Coil to avoid corrosion. The return air to PAC is 24deg C @50% RH & the outside ambient temperature is 40 deg C for Chennai.

Supply & installtion of MS stand for housing indoor unit. The Stand should be coated with 2 coats of rust proof epoxy paint.Height of the stand shall be as per available false floor height.

Supply & installtion of MS stand for housing Outdoor unit. The Stand should be coated with 2 coats of rust proof epoxy paint.

Supply & Installation of Suiatble Hard Drawn Copper Piping between Indoor & Out Door for Suction & Discharge Line of Suitable Size including all fitting & accessories. Copper Piping should be suitably supported at regular intervals. The Copper pipe should be insulated with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation inside the conditioned area.( Measurement will be per circuit)

Supply & charging of Eco friendly Refrigerant.

Supply & Installation of 2.5 Sq.mm copper Armoured Control cable between Indoor & Outdoor Unit for each unit.

Supply & Installation of copper flexible pvc shielded power cabling between isolator & indoor Unit for each unit. Customer or electrical contractor have to provide 3 phase power near PAC units.
