Repair, Rehabilitation and Painting work of Major Bridge Under Pahauj River Approch of Km 29 in Jalaun Bhind (SH-70)

Replacement of existing drainage expansion joint by providing and laying of Strip seal Exp joint System including cleaning of gape dismentling of deck slab portion near expansion joint wearing coat etc and back filling of the recess upto final finish level with concrete of grade M-35 complete as per approved drawing morth specification section 2607

Replacemnt of old drainage spout with new Drainage spout including providing, fitting, dismantling and widening the existing opening and fixing new drainage spout, M.S. grating system Morth specification 2705.

Lifting of span, cleaning, oiling, grassing and re-setting of Rocker/Roller Bearing including cleaning of the structure thoroughly from grease, dust and foreign matter the cost includes all material, labour, machinery T&P and making all arrangement like scaffolding kirbs etc. as per MORTH & H specification 2808 & conforming to IRC: 183 (part-II) Section-IX

Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 Litre for 2 sqm

Supply and fitting placing un coated HYSD Reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification

Providing and inserting ninpples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealling of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy MoRTH&H specification sction 2800

Repairing by sealing of cracked/porous concrete in the jack points, girders, cross girder and abutment etc. with Epoxy Grout by injection process through nipples including making of grooves, sealing of cracks etc complete as per MoRTH specification section 2803

Applying one and more coat Epoxy Bonding between old and new concrete @ 0-80% kg/sqm comeplete

Providing and applying Anti Carbontaion R&M aliphatic acrylic coating to the complete soffitt of the bridge and piers oncluding cleaning the concrete surface using approprite mechanical means including primer and two coats of the Anti Cartonation aliphatic acrylic coating

Providing and fixing M.S. railing of same shape and size of the railing of the existing parallel bridge using M.S. channel of (40*75*40*5) mm and MS square of (10*10) mm as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in Chrage.

Painting Kerb making with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the engineer-in-charge i.c. cleaing the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out com-plete

Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structure like culvert bridge, retaining walls and other structure comprising of mansory, cement concrete, wood, work steel work including T&P and scaffolding whereever necesaary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unservicable material and stacking the servicable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres (refrence to Morth specification clause 202)

Structural cement concrete for plain concrete/reinforced concrete at any level using (Grade M-35) using batching plant transit mixer & concrete pump M-35 Concrete including form work shuttering etc. all comeplete as per drawing and technical specification Morth Specification Section 1500 & 1700
