Excavation in all kind of soil work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches etcetera in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil any other mixed verity of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift upto any height including chiseling/wedging out rocks where blasting prohibited dewatering pumping or bailing out water where required and/ removal of slush seprately as directed which may arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material and then returning stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as specified dumping place as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing equipments of open GYM in the ground made of Mild steel of superior quality (Approved make) and fastening with nuts, bolts complete in all respects. as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. {(The GYM equipments are as under:-i)Air walker = 1 No. (One Number). ii)Chest Press double= 1 No. (One Number). iii) Arm and pedal Bike = 1 No. (One Number). (iv) Cross Trainer == 1 No. (One Number). (v) Shoulder /Chest Press double = 1 No. (One Number). (vi) Twister two in one = 1 No. (One Number, Balance Beams - 1 No. (one Number), Pull down challenger= 1 No. (one Numbers)}.
