Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying underground cables / erection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS - 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate for poles foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggegate for pole coping & road crossing etc including foam work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing in replacement ACSR conductor ,any size conductor in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of galvanised steel wire of dia 4 mm for guard wire, continuous earth wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tublar swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt, nuts & screw all as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long LT poles) and incl painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint (inside and outside) and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation incliding drilling of holes for fixing 'D' iron clamp & hooks for conineous GI earth wire, staying in a truly vertical porstion till the foundation is set to earthwire of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separetaly

S & F in replacement cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement of pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement shackle type porecelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size insulator and 12 mm dia bolt,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and dismantalling old U/S over head line conductor (ACSR) of any size ( 2/4 line) and then cleaning , restringing in original position incl binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire, tapes complete all as specified and directed. (a) The rate quoted are inclusive of cutting/ removing all tree branches/ vegetation around 3 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (b) Length of span is approx 30 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (c) Adjusting & tightning of stay assembly shall be done wherever required.

S&F in replacement synthetic line separator of LT OH lines with nut,bolts & washers straight type horizontal configuration fixed at a point as directed and suitable for single phase 2 wire LT lines complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of HDPE 50mm dia pipe PE 80 and 16 kg/sqcm laid in trenches / under road or fixed to wall as mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing 80mm (Medium grade) , laid in trenches under road as in mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated in , IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts of croos sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core with aluminium stranded, laid in trenches / fixed on pole / wall / passed through pipe complete with jointing material of LT Cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any type of road cutting shall deemed to be be included in quoted rate and making good with PCC shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Bus bar chamber box in sheet metal enclosure of 100 Amps capacity, 4 way, 415 V complete all as specified & directed. Make:Havells Cat Part No IHBC010004 or equavalent as approved.

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
