Providing of various machinery and equipment parts to 250 KVA transformer installed at Ujh Barrage by way of disconnecting of HT and LT electrical supply of the transformer by deploying skilled labour. De-mounting the transformer from its installed position by way of using long boom crane and then shifting it into the vehicle with the assistance of manual labour for carriage, shifting it to work shop. Unloading in the workshop in the same manner by using crane and specified tools/tackles. Dismantling of the transformer and then extracting out the damaged worn-out coils and other components of the transformer from the tank after draining out the old transformer oil. Complete rewinding, Testing and Refitting of HT coils and LT strips by using superior double paper covered wires of requisite size/gauge. Servicing, cleaning and flushing of oil tank by using chemicals to clean all the carbon deposits. Providing and fitting of HT bush 03 Nos, HT bush rod 03 Nos, HT bush clamp 03 Nos, LT bush 04 Nos, LT bush rod 04 Nos, Set of Gaskets including all accessories items i.e. Cotton tape, Bobon tape, Gum, sleeves , nuts/bolts, sundry items along with other parts. Assembling the transformer, re-filling the extracting transformer oil after de-moisturing into the oil chamber & topping up with new transformer oil- 150 lts (approx.). Job also includes cleaning the complete surface of transformer by scratching/removing of old paint with heat treatment, wire brush and emery paper. Then applying two coat of superior quality of smoke gray paint on the whole surface of transformer and then Shifting of repaired transformer to work site at Ujh Barrage mounting it on its appropriate/original position by way of using long boom Crane. P/F of new thimbles with proper crimping tool, nut bolts, insulation material used for making all the electrical connections and then testing on full load. Complete job includes installation/fitting charges, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including cost of supply at site besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable(01 job)

2. (A)Provision for providing of various machinery and equipment parts to motors, dial indicator assemblies, electromagnetic brakes along with allied electromechnical works at Ujh Barrage.(B) Provision for providing of various machinery and equipment parts to Elecon worm gear box, Central drive units, driving and floating shafts along with allied electromechnical works at Ujh Barrage. As per Scope of work Annexure "C" of SBD item no.02
