Removing old unserviceable thermal insulation and supply and insulation of thermal insulation on ducts / chiller pipe line exposed to sun light using closed cell O nitrite rubber elastometric insulation of density 40-55 kg/m3 thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mk at 20 degree celcius mean temp and MZ 7000 (without any additional vapour barrier) and with chemical treated factory laminated Woven fibre glass cloth with 200+/- 20 gsm to be applied on ducts manufactureds recommended rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and as directed.

Descaling of condensor with the help of descaling chemical and nylon brush etc from 39 TR capacity of AC plants of any make complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of cooling tower existing size, water basin and makeup tank with the help of chemical and nylon brush, removing and refixing of PVC finches after washing, cleaning of condenser pipe line ( inlet and outlet) including painting of out side of cooling tower with inlet and outlet pipe line with one coat synthetic enamel paint of colour approved by Engineer in Charge and inside painting of water tank of cooling tower using water proof black japan paint one coat including changing of unserviceable PVC guard, water distibutor, PVC pipe, cooling tower motor etc of 100 TR capacity of the AC plants at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of AC plants of 50 TR capacity (01 No working and 01 No standing), safety checking and replacement of burnt out single core copper cable with copper lugs servicing micro processor control electric panel pnematric rewiring of controller servicing of all AHU of any CFM cleaning and washing of Filter of AHU of any size / any CFM, cleaning of cooling coil, Greasing of condensor / chiller motor pump and filling Glantory with existing size, if any rubber packing is unserviceable to change new rubber packing and cleaning and washing of syphon, cleaning and washing of cooling coil for using a chemical C-shine (Alkaline coil cleaner and brightener) and testing the unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable liquid line filter drier and material and labour for liquid line filter drier suitable for 20 TR air cooled scroll unit of make voltas including removing of refrigerent empty cylinder R-407c flushing the system with nitrogen gas pressure testing and leak repairing vaccumising the system 700 micron, charging the refrigerent of R-407 / R22, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PLC based control module with digital display of Package / Central type AC unit suitable for 50 TR capacity having start / stop functions, settings option to change the seetings as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable expansion valve 13/20 TR compressor suitable for using 50 TR air cooled centralised AC plant double unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Air vent valve 15 / 20 mm and supply and fixing testing of air vent valve 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB TP 63 Amp 415 volt complete all as specified and as directed.
