Preventive maintenance of Rolling Shutters of various sizes comprising of activities such as greasing of all internal and external parts, cleaning, oiling, local touchup of painting etc. including the cost for laying of scaffolding, providing consumables such as bolts, nuts, cotton waste, grease, solvent, oil etc. required as per Technical Specification and as directed by the EIC
Complete overhauling of Rolling Shutters of various sizes comprising of activities such as dismantling and taking out of parts for repair, replacement of parts after repair or with new parts as replacement, installation and refitting the same in position after necessary repairs (excluding the cost of supply of new parts) as per Technical Specifications including the cost for laying of scaffolding, consumables such as bolts, nuts, cotton waste, grease, solvent, oil etc. required as directed by the EIC
Cleaning and painting of all component parts of Rolling Shutters (except spring and the inside of Guide Plate) by one coat of Steel Primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint inclusive of supply of paint as per Technical Specification and as directed by EIC.
Motorization of existing Gear-operated/Mechanical Type Shutters with drive unit, confirming to IS-6248 preferably with Siemens/Crompton Greaves make 1.5 kW/2 HP, 1440 rpm, TEFC Squirrel Cage motor, Class "F" insulation, IP 55 Protection, 50 Hz, S1 Duty B5 Flange Induction Motor with limit switches (2 Nos.), Reverse-Forward Starter 1 No. and suitable B3 foot mounted Reduction Gear Box preferably "Premium Transmission" make, 205 NM, IPC 142, 40 RPM Output Speed including erection & commissioning.
Fixing of Bottom plate of Rolling Shutters as per Technical Specification and as directed by EIC.
Miscellaneous material handling works related to maintenance of Rolling Shutter within 500m radius as per instructions from EIC
