Removal of Earth (all kinds of soils)/ROCKS, Boulders including mud/slush, slipped earth in catch water drains, side drains, over berms in cutting, water way of bridges, over coping of toe/breast/retaining walls etc. including crossing of nallah, railway tracks, making/repairing approach roads if required, all lead, lift, ascent, descents, or any other obstruction. Hiring of PC-210/Hitachi-200 or similar for earth Per cutting machine in connection with emmergency Day removing of slipped earth for restoration of through traffic. The machine should be kept on BFR so that the restoration work can be taken up immediately after moving the BFR to affected location. The operator shall be available at affected location provided with Mobile phones of available network during this period. In case the machine is out of order non/operative, contractor should replace immediately within two hour else penalty of Rs. 5000/- per hour will be penalised after two hours. The rate includes all types of charges e.i. Fuel charges, Operator charges along with one assistant including all maintenance charges of the machine etc. complete. Rate is also includes all types of taxes as admissible by state or central Governments, octroi, toll tax, barrier tax etc. Vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road including along the track. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the states of operation as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and machine shall not be more than three years old. The rate is for idle period only. (Payment for running charge will be made separately). Note : (i) The Payment of this item will be done only if machine is in working conditions and work for the day. (ii) This item is for hiring of PC-210 and same will be kept on BFR as per location requirement so that restoration work can be taken up immediately after moving the BFR to affected locations.
Running charges of PC-200/Hitachi-200 towards Hour the running of the machine during excavation of earth/removal of slipped earth including necessary fuel, Lubricant, Hydraulic and other consumables including repairing of any other parts of the machines during working hours all complete.
