Providing and fixing Noise pullation free barrier/boundary wall with steel work & Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished custom designed cold form Light Gauge Steel Framed super structure comprising of steel wall panel, trusses, purlins etc manufactured from zinc-aluminium alloy coated steel- ZINCALUME steel(minimum yield strength of 550 (Five hundred fifty) MPa, coated with an AZ150 (min 150 gm/m2 total on both side complying to AS1397) base metal thickness of 0.75 (Zero point seven five) /1.0 mm (One point zero milimeter) and shall be C – type having web 75 X 40 mm (Seventy five into Forty milimeter) or 100 X 50 mm (One hundred into Fifty milimeter) with lip size of 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) / 12.0 mm (Twelve milimeter) & R 5.0 mm (Five milimeter) , whichever is economical as per AS1397/NZM design calculation. The panel shall be design through appropriate software complying to design code of AS 1170 -2- 1998 /AS 4600-1996 and most economical design. Self tapping / drilling fasteners shall be min. 40 (Forty) μm Zinc coated / min. 25 (Twenty five) μm Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 (Three ) fasteners. Design of Cold formed sections to be done by SUPRACADD or equivalent Design software of relevant AS/NZM codes (4600,1170). The frames shall be fixed to RCC slab or Tie beam over Neoprene rubber using self expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings & design subject to minimum 12mm (Twelve milimeter) diameter and 121mm (One hundred twenty one milimeter) length conforming to AISI 304 and 316 at 500mm (Five hundred milimeter) c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm (One hundred milimeter) in RCC and located not more than 300mm (Three hundred milimeter) from corners or termination of bottom tracks complete in all respects. external & Internal on Light gauge steel frame work with COLORBOND LYSAGHT accessories using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm (Zero point four five) Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550 (Five hundred fifty) MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminum-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Super Polyester Colorbond XRW quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 Class 3 (Three) of BlueScope Steel make. The paint will have a total coating thickness of nominal 35(Thirty five) μm, comprising of nominal 20 (Tweenty) μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5 (Five) μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 (Five) μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by concern authority. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every regular interval for confirming genuinity of the material, filling with rockwool insulation 90mm (Ninety milimeter) thick 48 Kg/ cum denisty between two sheets cavity, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt. and private property during the execution of work the absulte responsibilty of the contactor.

In all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work the absulte responsibilty of the contactor.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five meter) in width or 10 (Ten) sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five meter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils up to approved dumping site, :- All kind of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter)nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :- 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:-Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc., lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :-1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire complete, all complete upto plinth level.T hermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter pipe in brick masonary /plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing walls, retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) :20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
